Returns

All of our products are guaranteed for 30 days. If you try any of our products and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a refund as long as it has not been used. You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned items, less shipping and handling charges. All orders that are refused delivery are subject to an automatic restocking fee of 20%.

Total K-9 must receive all returns within 30 days from the date the order was received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a method that provides a tracking number or requiring the receiver to sign for the package.

All returns are usually processed within 7 – 10 business days from receipt of your item(s). Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
